User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data associated with your account on https://wordmasters.logical.am (the “Service”), including data obtained when you sign in with Facebook, Google, or another supported social-login provider.

What we store

• Your username, email address, and (when provided) display name and avatar URL.
• The provider ID returned by Facebook / Google / LinkedIn when you authenticate (used only to recognise returning users).
• Game-related data: rooms you joined, words you submitted, scores, XP, level, and match history.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and all associated personal data, send an email to contact@logical.com with:

• The subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
• The email address or username connected to your account.
• If you signed in with Facebook, the Facebook user ID is sufficient (it appears in the original sign-in URL or you can simply mention “Facebook account”).

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once removed, your profile, match history, and authentication links cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile (username, email, avatar, XP, level).
• All social-login links (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn provider IDs).
• Your match history and word submissions.
• Any leaderboard entries tied to your account.

Facebook-initiated deletion

If you remove the WordMasters app from your Facebook account (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook will notify us and we will delete the data described above using the same process.
